Agentic data layer and platform with LLM insights
Gopher AI (formerly Masa) provides real-time social media data infrastructure for AI developers — APIs that let LLMs and autonomous agents access Twitter/X, Reddit, and other platforms for sentiment analysis, predictions, and agentic workflows.
As Staff Product Designer, I own end-to-end product design across the platform: the API experience, developer-facing tools, and the interfaces that make complex data accessible. Designed agent-ready experiences that enable AI developers to build smarter applications — from sentiment analysis to prediction markets.

Ware
Autonomous inventory tracking with drones
Warehouse inventory counts are slow, error-prone, and put workers at risk—requiring ladders, lifts, and manual scanning across massive facilities. Ware replaced that process with autonomous drones that fly themselves, scan inventory, and report discrepancies without human intervention.
As the lead product designer, I owned the end-to-end experience: a web portal for scheduling flights, monitoring drone operations in real-time, and remotely inspecting inventory across warehouse locations.
Humata AI
Designing trust when AI can be confidently wrong

LLMs hallucinate. They sound confident even when they're wrong.
For most products, that's annoying. For a lawyer building a medical chronology from patient records, a utilities worker checking safety procedures, or a compliance officer generating risk assessments, it's dangerous.
I joined Humata as the only designer to make the product more useful for organizations, from utilities providers to law firms. That meant designing for both trust (can I rely on this?) and efficiency (does this save me time?). You can't have one without the other.

Monitoring and tracking assets across the globe
Oversaw the revamp of a web platform for global tank fluid monitoring. The outcome enhanced safety measures, streamlined fluid replenishment processes, and facilitated the verification of tank rentals and related fees. Managed the portal's redesign journey, from initial research to delivering actionable design solutions for the engineering team.
Pngme
Unlocking financial data for 2 billion people
Led product strategy and product team, which led to reaching a valuation of 75 million. Pngme is a B2B2C fintech product. I led the mobile app design to allow users in sub-Saharan Africa to unlock their mobile financial data as an alternative to credit history. This approach allowed financial institutions(FIs) to use alternative data for lending decisions. I also led the web platform design for FIs to access applicants financial insights. Worked closely with data scientists to create new insights also accessible via an API for credit automation.

Led and hired design team, led HR platform design from 0 to 1. Worked on mobile health insurance app to enable easy access to insurance data. Shipped products used by 70K businesses and 2 million+ employees. Worked on core product, broker benefits administration system and a new design system. Acquired in 2023 by Employee Navigator.

Owned end-to-end product solutions for IoT trustless networks platform. Designed network visualization and web platform reward system with gamification. Hired and managed designers and engineers.

Designed web and mobile drone platform for agriculture and construction to enable autonomous drone data capture, 2D/3D model analysis to make critical business decisions. Led end-to-end product design solutions.
